Wilfred B. Brewer:

Wil Brewer, President of Performance-Solutions-Group, Inc., founded the company in August 2006 following fifteen years as COO of Performance Management, Inc. in which he was a major stockholder. He brings unusual depth and breadth with ten years of CEO experience in industry and twenty years of consulting experience (including Deloitte and Touche) in small to large companies, Fortune 500s and not-for-profits. Primary focus has been on improving performance and productivity through performance management, performance-based compensation, diagnostic surveys, strategic planning, coaching and training.

Wil's clients include King Abdullah University of Science & Technology, King Abdullah Petroleum And Research Center, Hitachi Capital, Pitney Bowes, Johnson & Johnson, The Hartford, the Northeast Utilities, Las Vegas Convention Center, the Institute of International Education (IIE), the ASPCA, and many other corporate and not-for-profit clients.

Wil is a chartered accountant with an MBA and a graduate degree in Economics (cum laude). He has facilitated workshops in productivity measurement for SIOP (Society of Industrial & Organization Psychologists), SHRM, DMAI (Destination Marketing Association International) and for a benchmarking group of Fortune 500 companies. He has lectured in compensation and performance management at the Stern School of Business at NYU and at Fairfield University. Wil has been Treasurer of the Southern Connecticut chapter of SHRM for the past three years and has served on committees of ASTD.

Stan Friedman:

Stan Friedman is a communications specialist with more than 25 years of experience in employee and human resource communications. He also has experience in marketing and public relations. Stan held executive positions at IBM, Agilent Technologies and MetLife, where he worked with senior management on strategies and programs to strengthen the employer brand, build organizational identity and influence the behaviors and attitudes of key stakeholder groups. He has been involved in communication projects across the HR spectrum, including recruiting, employee orientation, compensation and benefits, career growth and organizational change.

Stan has a master's degree in computer science from Pratt Institute. He is a board member of the Southern Connecticut Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, president of the WestFair Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators and past president of the Fairfield County Public Relations Association.

Sue Evans:

Sue is an international HR consultant with over 20 years? experience specializing in global mobility management, global mobility process and policy design, global leadership development, international HR organization design, international compensation and benefits, surveys, benchmarking and research. She recently left Cartus, a relocation and outsourcing consulting firm, after more than five years as a Director. Prior to that, Sue spent eight years as a Senior Manager in KPMG's International HR consulting practice. She worked in Goldman Sachs' International HR Group for two years and started her career with Organization Resources Counselors, an international HR and compensation consulting firm.

Sue holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Development from Columbia University, and is certified as a Global Practitioner in HR (GPHR) by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). She is an experienced trainer and presenter at workshops and conferences, including IPA, SHRM, NFTC, ERC, KPMG, The Conference Board and Cartus. Sue has been quoted in many publications, including: The International HR Journal; USA Today; SHRM and Workforce Management and International HR Journal.

David Lewis:

David Lewis is President and Founder of OperationsInc, a strategic partner of PSG and with whom we have many clients in common. David founded OI in January 2001 as an outsourcing arm for small to medium-sized businesses, building on a successful career in Human Resources that kicked off in 1986. Since the company's inception, the firm has grown rapidly, today engaging over twenty HR professionals.

OperationsInc provides the hands-on, transactional expertise required by PSG clients which are either too small to have a full-time HR professional or require part-time assistance for specific tasks or projects.

David's prior roles include SVP of Operations and Human Resources for Teltrust, a $150 million provider of call center services, President/CEO of Strategic Focus Inc., a market research company, VP Customer Care for WOMEX, an internet based commercial portal, Director of Operations and HR for Cheyenne Software / Computer Associates, Manager of Human Resources for Merck/Medco and Senior Search consultant in the Executive Search arena.

Kathy Marasco:

Kathy has 30 years experience as an HR, primarily in the energy industry and focused on international assignment management. She has held senior executive human resources roles in the oilfield services industry, with responsibilities that ranged from international assignments to mergers and acquisitions. Her work includes competitive analysis, policy development and advisory services related to expatriate benefits.

Kathy was a member of the PSG consulting team on the 2007 King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) project, developing the expatriate benefits. She was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their International Assignment Services division. She also had 20 year career with Chevron, with assignments in payroll, finance and international human resources.

Kathy has written papers on international assignment management and has lectured extensively on the topic at universities and professional associations. She is also an instructor for the Canadian Payroll Association. Kathy is a graduate of the Southern Alberta Polytechnic Institute with an associate degree in Business Administration. She is also a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).

Cindy Gerard:

Cindy Gerard has worked with Wil Brewer for approximately two years. She has twelve plus years of Training experience and 6 years as a Human Resources Generalist and has worked extensively in compensation, including compensation surveys. She has also played an integral role in employee relations, benefits administration, development and deployment of policy and procedure manuals, and general HR administration. Cindy has worked across a wide range of industries, including technology, equipment leasing, warehousing/transportation, medical/life insurance, dental industry, pulp and paper and several others.

Cindy has Masters Degrees in Business Administration from the University of Iowa and Training and Development from Drake University and holds the PHR certificate. She has been an active member of the American Society of Training and Development, Society for Human Resources Management and International Society for Performance Improvement.
