Wil is President of Performance-Solutions-Group, Inc. (PSG), a management consulting company he founded in 2006 and specializing in the following areas:

• Executive coaching – Master Corporate Executive Coach (MCEC); also certified by Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching
• Pay-for-performance compensation plans, compensation structures and market pricing surveys
• Performance management systems
• Management diagnostics (360o reviews, employee engagement surveys)
• Leadership team effectiveness; leadership and management training
• Organizational development
• Behavioral assessments

Wil has managed consulting teams and coached across a variety of industries (service, wholesale, finance, insurance, manufacturing, etc.), working with small to Fortune 500 companies and leading not-for-profits.

• PSG’s most significant projects have been the development of the entire HR infrastructure and organization structure for the new King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and a similar international project for the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies And Research Center, a think tank in Riyadh. Both required international benchmarking.
• Coaching assignments have been with small to Fortune 500s c with multiple assignments (ten) for a UK based public company, eight for a US-based Fortune 500 and four for a Dow Thirty company.
• Wil facilitated the strategic planning for one of the top five US media companies and developed their compensation structure, and performance management and pay-for-performance systems.
• He has conducted executive coaching assignments for major public companies and conducted leadership training and coaching for universities in Bangladesh, Egypt, Ghana and Nigeria.
• In recent years, PSG has conducted organizational development projects for Brooklyn Sports and Entertainment (Nets, Islanders, Barclays Center) and the Las Vegas Convention Center and, over the past year, facilitated reorganization of the acquisitions of a global toy company.
• Wil has worked extensively in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Emirates) and has annually conducted leadership training for the Qatar Foundation in Doha. He also has twenty-five years of experience with destination marketing organizations and convention centers.

Prior to Performance Management, Inc. Wil was a consultant with Deloitte & Touche with focus on both operations reviews and strategic planning. He followed this as President and major stockholder of Emseal USA, Inc. for ten years, a company which he built to national distribution, supplying the construction industry. This was followed by a return to consulting as COO of Performance Management Inc. for some twelve years, prior to founding PSG in 2006. Wil completed three terms as Treasurer of the Southern Connecticut Chapter of SHRM, two terms as Treasurer of the Connecticut State Council for SHRM and served on committees of ATD.
