The PSG mentoring program builds on the coaching skills developed in the course of our performance management training and extends the dimensions of talent management. The primary objective is to develop high potential managers and individual contributors by matching leaders with talented individuals and focus on the transfer of knowledge and expertise. The program is designed to provide mentors with the ability to build professional competence, skills and organizational awareness and to help improve the overall leadership and management skills of mentees, resulting in improved performance .It defines an effective mentoring role, requirements for a mentee to be effective, focus on outcomes, managing the “mentoring conversation” and completing the assignment.
