This program is an extension of the concepts raised in PSG’s training for performance management. The program commences with all participants taking a Behavioral Intelligence assessment, incorporating their DISC behavioral profile and their EQ (Emotional Quotient). This provides essential input for the self-awareness component of the program. The training begins with a thorough review of the behavioral and EQ concepts, including case studies and exercises to reinforce the principles. Concepts of leadership follow, building on the foundation of emotional intelligence and in particular, self-awareness. Participants do a self-assessment on leadership derailers, interact with illustrative case studies and engage in ongoing group and small group discussions.
