What does PSG do?

PSG develops and implements performance management systems, typically integrated with pay-for-performance compensation, market pricing and compensation structures. We utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic surveys – 360s, employee engagement, customer perception – to identify and address the issues. PSG also provides strategic planning facilitation, executive coaching, and management/leadership training.
