Sue has over 28 years of management consulting experience, specializing in talent management, global leadership development, leadership training design and delivery, performance management, international HR, and global mobility management. This includes strategy, process and policy design. Sue has strong facilitation skills, and frequently conducts workshops, research, surveys, benchmarking, assessments and diagnostics. She has worked on both domestic and international projects for PSG.

Sue has worked on numerous client engagements, including most recently designing and delivering management and leadership training programs at Deutsche Bank. Prior to that, she was Director, Consulting Services for Cartus, (global mobility and relocation) and a senior manager in KPMG’s International Executive Services practice. She also worked in Goldman Sachs’ International HR Group and at Organization Resources Counselors, (now Mercer) a boutique International HR and Compensation Consulting firm in London and New York.

Sue is an experienced instructor/presenter at industry meetings, workshops and conferences, including IPA, SHRM, NFTC, ERC, KPMG, The Conference Board, Cartus; Publications include: International Journal of HR – December 2007: From Logistical Deployment to Talent Management; USA Today, HR Today, Workforce Management Magazine; KPMG’s Expatriate Administrator and Cartus’ Online Publications.

Sue has a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Columbia University, New York, and a BA and graduate (Honors) degrees in Organizational Psychology from the University of Cape Town, South Africa; certified SHRM Global HR Professional (GPHR) and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and in Situational Leadership II.
